POSITION SUMMARY
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities while maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients. This individual will represent Veros Cabinets in the market, focusing on building partnerships with dealers, designers, contractors, and developers.
The Outside Sales Representative will be expected to travel within an assigned territory to generate leads, provide product knowledge, and offer tailored solutions that meet customer needs. This role is a critical component in driving revenue growth and expanding Veros’ presence in the marketplace.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed sales goals.

Actively prospect, qualify, and close new business across various customer segments.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by providing excellent service and product knowledge.

Conduct regular in-person visits to existing and potential accounts to increase brand awareness and support customer needs.

Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Gather and report on competitive intelligence, market trends, and customer feedback.

Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain updated CRM records.

Attend trade shows, builder events, and industry-related functions to promote the Veros brand.

Offer product training and merchandising support to retail and trade accounts.

Manage customer concerns or issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

Prepare quotes and assist with pricing strategies in alignment with company objectives.

Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams for continuous improvement.

Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in cabinetry, building materials, or related home improvement sectors.

Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships at all levels.

Self-starter with excellent time management and territory planning abilities.

Solid presentation and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to read blueprints or interpret architectural drawings is an asset.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly throughout assigned territory.

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or equivalent experience preferred.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Frequent travel required within the assigned territory, occasional overnight travel.

Must be able to transport and set up marketing materials and product samples.

Flexibility to work evenings or weekends for client meetings or events when needed.

Ability to work in a variety of environments, including construction sites, showrooms, and home offices.

Standard office and administrative duties will be performed remotely or from company headquarters as needed.
